Drive your car field side and enjoy the matches. Each sideline parking space includes general admission for up to 4 guests. RV spaces include general admission for up to 8 guests. All guests must enter event in one single vehicle. Parking pass and directions will be emailed 2 weeks prior to event. You can bring in your own food but please note, NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL IS PERMITTED. Ticket Policy
The ticket issued by Scottsdale Polo Championships; LLC only grants entry into the WestWorld of Scottsdale for the specified Bentley Scottsdale Polo Championships: Horses & Horsepower. This ticket is a revocable license. Admission may be refused or ticket holder ejected in the sole discretion of Scottsdale Polo Championships, LLC. Scottsdale Polo Championships, LLC may refuse admission to, or eject, any ticket holder who is deemed to be disorderly, or who fails to comply with these terms or any and all security measures.
Ticket holder assumes all risks incident to the Bentley Scottsdale Polo Championships: Horses & Horsepower or related events, including the risk of lost, stolen, or damaged property or personal injury.
The ticket holder will not transmit or aid in transmitting any picture, account, or description (whether text, data, or visual) in any media now or hereafter existing of all or any part of the Bentley Scottsdale Polo Championships: Horses & Horsepower or related events. Breach of the foregoing may result in legal action against the holder.
No ticket holder or media platform can benefit from a story or video of attendees at the event without the written approval of the attendee and the owners of the event. Furthermore, any derogatory, defaming, or disparaging comments or videos created by attendees or members of the media can be subject to legal action.
The ticket holder grants to Scottsdale Polo Championships, LLC. and their designees the irrevocable permission to use his or her voice, likeness, name, and image in any media now or hereafter existing captured in connection with the Bentley Scottsdale Polo Championships: Horses & Horsepower or related events, for any purpose whatsoever, including the commercial purposes of the Scottsdale Polo Championships, LLC, their sponsors, licensees, advertisers or broadcasters.
At the sole discretion of the Event Producer tents may be eliminated in favor of an open air event with tables and umbrellas, if the forecasted high for event day is 75 degrees or less, identified as such the Monday prior to the event.
