Important Scottsdale Polo Party Details

Directions to the Event:

The event takes place at WestWorld of Scottsdale which is located at 16601 N Pima Rd., Scottsdale, AZ 85260 right off the Loop 101 (Pima Freeway) at Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd.

FOR PARKING

1. Go to Bell Rd. take a right onto 94th Street and drive straight.
2. Left Lane for General Parking (LOT H)
3. Right Lane for Sideline Parking, RV Parking, and RideShare (Uber and Lyft- Be safe!)
4. Follow signage to your designated lot.

• General Attendees – please proceed to LOT H
• Ride Share pick-up and Drop-off is located in front of the big tent – accessible through LOT C

No through traffic on WestWorld Way

What To Expect at Check-In:

When you arrive to check in for the polo event, please be prepared for:

• Bag Check
• Security Wand
• Ticket Scan – please have tickets ready when you approach the entrance gate.

VIP Tent Information:

There are concierge tents at the entry to each VIP reserved seating area. Please ask your table guests to check in with the concierge, where they will be given their VIP wristband and then be escorted to your table.

All Access Pass Holders:

All Access Pass Holders will check in at the VIP All Access Tent by the main entrance of the event to receive your All Access Lanyard.

Event Schedule:

9:45 am – Gates Open

10:00 am – Match 1: Texas – Garland Polo Team vs. PRIDE USA Polo Team

11:55 am – The World’s “Longest” Fashion Show, produced by Phoenix Fashion Week

12:15 pm – Match 2: Arizona Polo Club vs. USA Women’s Team

1:45 pm – Canine Couture: A Dog Fashion Show Like No Other, Presented by Lugari Pet Salon

2:15 pm – Match 3: Aspen Valley Polo Club vs. Wales Polo Team

3:45 pm – Match 4: North Scottsdale Polo Team vs. New Orleans Polo Club

4:00 pm – Sunset Afterparty Featuring Grammy Nominated Chromeo (DJ Set)

6:00 pm – VIP Tents Close (All guests please make your way over to the Riot House DayClub by the entrance to the event)

7:00pm – Events Conclude

Scottsdale Polo Sunset AfterParty Information:

Reminder NEW this year, Scottsdale Polo Sunset AfterParty featuring the famous Walter the Bus and Kalliope Stage, as seen at Burning Man, will begin at 4:00 pm and goes to 7:00 pm in the Riot House DayClub.

PLEASE NOTE: VIP tents will close at 6:00 pm but the Riot House DayClub will stay open until 7:00 pm.

Event Rules and Guidelines:

Food and Drinks Policy – There shall be no outside food or beverage brought onto WestWorld property. Some VIP tent experiences include food and drinks but for all guests there will be plenty of places to purchase delicious food, beverages and alcohol onsite.

PLEASE NOTE: If your VIP lounge ticket or table includes complementary drink tickets please note that they expire at 4:00 pm. Also, The Barrett-Jackson Champagne & Jazz Lounge has complimentary mimosas until noon and one additional complimentary mimosa before 4:00 pm.

Prohibited Items – Per WestWorld of Scottsdale regulations, we must ask you to leave the following items at home: Outside alcohol, chairs, large bags or backpacks, weapons, fireworks, grills and illegal substances.

Don’t forget to buy your tickets to the Sanderson Lincoln Black Label Lounge Wine Tasting where guests are invited to indulge in a sommelier-led wine flight to taste wine from around the world, offering five 2.5-ounce pours, all within the backdrop of thrilling polo action.

Tickets will be available at the door. If tables are not sold out, they will also be available at the door however we cannot guarantee availability.
