The Bentley Scottsdale Polo Championships: Presented by Talking Stick Resort is held at WestWorld of Scottsdale’s Polo Field which is conveniently located right off the Loop 101 (Pima Freeway) at Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd. at 16601 N Pima Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85260.

DIRECTIONS & PARKING INFORMATION

Right off the Loop 101(Pima Freeway) at Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd.
Go to Bell Rd. take a right onto 94thStreet and drive straight.
Left Lane for General Parking(LOT H)
Right Lane for RideShare (Uber and Lyft- Be safe!)
Follow signage to your designated lot. See map for reference.

Vehicles cannot exit or enter the event through the 101 frontage road.

All parking fees are included in ticket / table purchase. You will not be charged for parking at the event.

Anyone possessing PROHIBITED items will be asked to return them to their cars, or dispose of them in the garbage cans provided at the gate.

In the event of poor weather or government restrictions, festivities will take place on Sunday. If poor weather or restrictions are present that day, the event will take place on a TBD date. If the TBD date also has inclement weather or restrictions, all ticket, sideline parking and table purchases shall be applied to next year’s Bentley Scottsdale Polo Championships. In the event that the event does not take place, full refunds shall be provided.

Ultimately your style is up to you. We describe the dress code as outdoor elegant and we encourage you to dress in whatever makes you feel your best – make a statement!

We do recommend you wear comfortable shoes as you will be walking on grass all day, so go for flats, wedges, boots, sneakers or block heels. Stay away from shoes like stilettos that will make you sink into the grass. Please note grass can sometimes stain shoes.

Hats are encouraged.

The ticket holder grants to Scottsdale Polo Championships, LLC. and their designees the irrevocable permission to use his or her voice, likeness, name, and image in any media now or hereafter existing captured in connection with the Bentley Scottsdale Polo Championships: Horses & Horsepower or related events, for any purpose whatsoever, including the commercial purposes of the Scottsdale Polo Championships, LLC, their sponsors, licensees, advertisers or broadcasters.

At the sole discretion of the Event Producer, tents may be eliminated in favor of an open-air event with tables and umbrellas, if the forecasted high for event day is 75 degrees or less, identified as such the Monday prior to the event.
