On the garden level, guests will find the Blue Coyote Cafe. With its welcoming indoor/outdoor décor, the Blue Coyote Cafe serves guests 24 hours a day from a menu of mouthwatering American cuisine with a Southwest flair. Any time, day or night, hungry guests can from local growers.

Authentic Southwest dining can be found next to the café at its sister eatery, Blue Coyote Cantina. Located just steps from the resort’s casino floor, the Cantina’s menu features a delightful variety of tacos, burritos and more, as well as a full bar featuring a large selection of tequilas. The restaurant is open on weekdays from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., Fridays and Saturdays from 4 p.m. to 12 a.m. and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.”

On the casino level, the Black Fig Bistro offers great casual dining and express service for specialty pizzas and fresh soups and salads. And for guests seeking to satisfy their appetite, while partaking in a lively game of poker, table-side dining is offered in the Poker Room, with an assortment of easy-to-eat American and Asian dishes.

Around the corner from the Black Fig Bistro, also on the casino level, guests can spy the Wandering Horse Buffet, which defies the constraints of a typical buffet with indoor-outdoor seating for more than 400 guests and live cooking stations throughout—truly, a one-of-a-kind experience. A short bridge away, on the casino level, guests can discover Ocean Trail, a sleek, modern establishment offering fresh seafood. With its stimulating azure lighting and its exclusive 19-seat bar, Ocean Trail is the ultimate in hip, sophisticated dining. Guests marvel at its Creole offerings rarely found in the Valley, including: raw oysters, steamers, Cajun style boils and, of course, delicious Louisiana gumbo. In addition to great food, Ocean Trail also has a full bar complemented by an extensive list of frosty beers, ales and microbrews.
