The Bentley Scottsdale Polo Championships is heading into its eleventh year with a line-up like never before. The November 5th event will feature four matches and a return appearance by America’s #1 polo player Nic Roldan from the Aspen Valley Polo Club. Brand new in 2022 and for the first time in Scottsdale’s Polo Party, or his history, former National Hockey League and Arizona Coyotes legend Shane Doan will saddle up and hit the grass to play polo for the Arizona Polo Club. The Horse & Hound Charity Match Benefiting Arizona Equine and Fetch Foundation 
Kicking off the day at 10am will be the EPR Polo Club against the El Paso – Naranjo.
The King Charles III Salute Match featuring Royal County of Berkshire Polo Club vs. Wales Polo Team
Now called The King Charles III Salute Match, this match is a salute to King Charles III, who ascended to the throne on September 8, 2022. He is a member of both clubs and has played with each, including some of the players participating in Scottsdale. This match will take place at 12:15pm.
*FEATURED MATCH* The Molina Cup: Aspen Valley Polo Club vs. Switzerland
Returning to the event again this year are the defending champs, The Aspen Valley Polo Club owned by Marc and Melissa Ganzi. They will be returning
with America’s #1 polo player, Nic Roldan and will face off against the St. Moritz Polo Club at 2:15pm.
The Barbara Lennox Wyatt Memorial Match featuring USA Women’s Team vs. Arizona Polo Club featuring Former NHL and Arizona Coyotes Star Shane Doan
Closing out Saturday at 3:45pm will be the USA Women’s Team vs Arizona Polo Club. Brand new in 2022 and for the first time in Scottsdale’s Polo Party history, former NHL star Shane Doan will saddle up and hit the grass to play polo and what is often called “Hockey on Horseback.
