All ticketing sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. If you cannot attend the event, you may transfer your purchase to another person.
In the event this event is canceled due to weather, acts of God, or government restrictions on May 4th festivities will take place on TBD Date. If the new date also has poor weather or restrictions, all ticket, and table purchases shall receive a comparable ticket to the Fall 2024 Bentley Scottsdale Polo Championships at WestWorld of Scottsdale. In the event it does not take place, full refunds shall be provided to ticket holder.
The ticket issued by Scottsdale Polo Championships, LLC. only grants entry into Turf Paradise for the specified Derby DayClub. This ticket is a revocable license. Admission may be refused, or ticket holder ejected, in the sole discretion of Scottsdale Polo Championships, LLC. Scottsdale Polo Championships, LLC may refuse admission to, or eject, any ticket holder who is deemed to be disorderly, or who fails to comply with these terms or any and all security measures. Ticket holder assumes all risks incident to The Derby DayClub or related events, including the risk of lost, stolen or damaged property or personal injury.
The ticket holder will not transmit or aid in transmitting any picture, account, or description (whether text, data or visual) in any media now or hereafter existing of all or any part of The Derby DayClub or related events. Breach of the foregoing may result in legal action against the holder. The ticket holder grants to Scottsdale Polo Championships, LLC. and their designees the irrevocable permission to use his or her voice, likeness, name, and image in any media now or hereafter existing captured in connection with The Derby DayClub or related events, for any purpose whatsoever, including the commercial purposes of the Scottsdale Polo Championships, LLC, their sponsors, licensees, advertisers, or broadcasters.
Please note by purchasing these tickets you and all of your guests, as a ticket purchaser, acknowledge that you are voluntarily attending the event, will adhere to social distancing policies, and assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
